BOOKING LIST


 - displays all the active bookings made through the JCS portal which includes the following:

  • Booking # - unique identifier of the jobs booked   
  • Customer - either from (A) account customer (dealership) or (C) individual customer (one-off customer)
  • Stock # - shows stock number of the vehicle, or sometimes notes from agent
  • PO # - shows PO number from dealer, Booking reference from JCS website, WeMoveCars or Autologistics
  • Route - EW - East to West (from Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne/Tasmania/Adelaide to Perth); WE - West to East (from Perth to Adelaide/Melbourne/Tasmania/Sydney/Brisbane)
  • From To - refers to the origin state and destination state, including the suburb
  • Vehicle Make & Model and VIN
  • Service - Door to Door (always shown as door to door, please disregard)
  • Sell $ - amount paid by the customer
  • Booking Status - indicates Pending (not yet booked), Booked (assigned to a ship), On Hold, Refund Processed, or Cancelled
  • Transit Status - shows TBA if not assigned to a vessel, Booked - Yet to be moved (assigned to a ship but not departed), In Transit (ship has departed), or Delayed
  • Booking Date - the date when the booking was entered
  • Vessel - indicates which vessel the booking is assigned or if it's a Road Transport
  • Del Date - (not updated), please refer to Shipping Schedule for the estimated Delivery Date
  • Xero
  • NetSuite - shows if invoice has been sent
  • Paid



To search for current Bookings, you can use the Search box on the upper right. If you want to search ALL Bookings (including delivered and cancelled), use the magnifying lens icon at the top right corner .



DOOR or DEPOT?


To determine if the service is door-to-door or depot-to-depot, check the Origin Info and Destination Info. If the address includes opening hours, it typically indicates a depot service. If it’s a residential or business address, it's a door service.




NEW BOOKING - is used if you want to enter a new booking


ARCHIVE BOOKINGS - shows all the previous bookings (delivered, cancelled)
